Location: Lakeville, MN Compensation: Interstate Power Systems’ Lakeville, MN location is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead operations at our state-of-the-art 100,000 square foot facility. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving service department performance, growing the business, and delivering exceptional customer experience. - On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+ annually, including uncapped monthly departmental commission - Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, based on experience (DOE) Position Summary: The Service Manager is a critical member of the management team and is fully accountable for the performance of the shop and service operations. This role oversees people, processes, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while promoting Interstate Power Systems’ products and services.
