Your mission We’re looking for a driven and analytical Finance & Strategy Associate (f/m/d) to join our finance team. Working closely with the CFO, you’ll support the financial and strategic operations of our funds, portfolio companies as well as redalpine, taking ownership of key analytical workstreams. You’ll be involved in investment and exit analyses and processes, fundraising initiatives, portfolio monitoring, and financial planning. The role sits at the intersection of venture capital and corporate finance, providing hands-on exposure to how a leading venture capital firm operates day to day. This position is ideal for someone looking to build long-term experience in venture capital within a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Your responsibilities: Modeling & Analysis : Conduct financial modeling, forecasting and analysis for the build-up, evolution, liquidity and returns for our portfolio of closed- and open-ended products. Valuation: Take on a leading role in assessing the fair value of our portfolio holdings.
