BENEFITS AND SALARY: - Total Salary: $66,220 - $ 68,220 - Base Pay: $60,000 – $62,000 (Base pay determined by education, experience, and licensure status). - Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 sign-on bonus included. - Incentive Pay: Opportunity for additional earnings through a performance-based productivity bonus plan. - Additional Stipends: $2,220 total annual stipend for on-call responsibilities and cellular service.
