Family Domestic Violence Counsellor Start: ASAP - 30/06/2026 - 76hours per fortnight Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Services Industry Award 2010 Level 5: Key Objectives: control and navigate their trauma. - To offer compassionate, client-centered counselling services to individuals, families, and children affected by family and domestic violence (FDV), helping them heal, regain - To increase the capacity of those who have experienced domestic and family violence to live safely and independently in the community. - To have knowledge and experience of working with women who have/or are experiencing family and domestic violence - Coordinate the facilitation of therapeutic group counselling programs that integrates with Indigo Junction suite of FDV services to achieve positive outcomes for clients. - To support women and their families who have experienced trauma to heal through the delivery of recognised trauma-informed, therapeutic responses. - To ensure clients are safe, support and increase their knowledge and confidence to reduce the likelihood of future crises. - To work collaboratively with a range of agencies and Indigo Junction services to provide comprehensive, wra...
