Production Supervisor (Non-Union / Salary) Department: Plant Operations: Report To: Plant Manager: Location: Dayton, OH: FLSA Status: Exempt: Pay Range + other compensation components: $70,000 annually Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, Thrift, Life Insurance Shift (if applicable): May be required to work various hours due to operational needs. Monday through Friday 8am-6pm: Position Overview: The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of 10+ employees. As such, (s)he will be responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed. They will be coordinating the processes and people involved in the production, storage, refrigeration and load out of the products manufactured. They will assist in training, scheduling, inventorying and staffing. Will need to enforce and know the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), company rules, policies and procedures, Quality Control standard, OSHA regulations and EPA guidelines enforced at their location. Will be responsible for the startup, finish up, and cleanup, therefore. Position will require SQF certification and PCQI certification.
