Job description
As a Functional Analyst, you’re the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. You apply an expert understanding of business processes and system functionalities to define and document functional requirements, translating complex business needs into clear specifications. You tackle complex functional challenges, ensuring optimal alignment between technical solutions and business objectives, while actively contributing to the successful delivery and ongoing optimization of systems. Your role and responsibility: Operate within a complex environment characterized by high business criticality, buy/build decisions, a challenging tech stack, and a high volume of integrations. Collect and define business requirements, negotiate and resolve conflicting needs, and ensure alignment with strategic goals by translating business needs into clear, accurate, and transformative user stories. Manage and optimize your own backlog for features or defined product areas, prioritizing intricate user stories and leading comprehensive testing to maximize business value.
