The IT Help Desk Intern provides first-level technical support to end users while gaining hands-on experience in a professional IT environment. This role is designed for students or early-career candidates looking to build foundational skills in troubleshooting, customer support, and IT operations. The intern will assist with resolving basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues, document support requests, and escalate more complex problems as needed. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a customer-focused mindset.
