AAA Mountain West Group seeks a strategic and accomplished leader to manage a multi-disciplinary Learning & Development (L&D) team. Reporting to the Vice President of L&D, this highly visible role requires a minimum of ten years of experience with a background in management consulting or organizational development. You will be responsible for the end-to-end learning journey—encompassing onboarding, performance, and succession planning—across three distinct business pillars: Insurance, Travel, and other businesses. By setting a clear vision and roadmap, you will lead high-stakes modernization initiatives to design and roll out scalable, business-aligned learning solutions.
