Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content. - Experience with spreadsheets, databases, SQL, and data analytics. - Experience with quality and training processes. - Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies. - Ability to work through ambiguity and grow in a rapidly changing environment. - Effective communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
