Overview: The Head of Goalkeeping works closely with the Head Coach to create and conduct training, performance, and development plans for the team’s goalkeepers, playing a vital role in enhancing goalkeeping performance. The successful candidate may be responsible for planning, delivering, and analyzing all team restarts. The position requires a deep understanding of the game, the NWSL, and international women’s competition. The candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with players, coaching staff, and team management.
