Job description

Position details: casual position - will be scheduled as-needed. Will work 3:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. 2 days per week. Job Summary: The Program Assistant provides assistance with scheduling of volunteer staff & patients for after school tutoring program. Essential Functions: - Data entry, clerical and computer tasks - Maintains the database - Files and copies paperwork/charts - Completes reports - Answers phones - Completes chart audits - Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis. - Performs other duties as assigned.
