This Opportunity WSP is seeking an Associate Consultant, Estimating, to join our Project Controls team in Boston. Your Impact: Job Duties: - Provide assistance to the WSP Estimating Department as directed - Review and evaluate cost estimates - Communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and current projects - Prepare estimates at detail level - Ensure timely completion of estimates - Understand scope of work to bid - Manage bid pricing from all vendors - Prepare cost analysis - Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors - Perform related tasks as directed. Who You Are: Required Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science degree, from an accredited program, in a relevant Engineering discipline (e.g. Civil Engineering), Construction Management, or equivalent - Minimum of 1-3 years of full-time experience performing architectural, civil, structural, or utility elements for infrastructure / building construction projects - Demonstrated skill / expertise in development of Conceptual through Bid Document crew-based and/or unit price cost estimates - Strong knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff software and MS Office applications - Strong understand...
