Job description
Plan, manage, and implement initiatives in accordance with stated objectives and transition into ongoing operations. May manage projects involving multiple departments. This includes project planning, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables for project(s). Responsible for knowledge of larger scope of project without neglecting details while tracking project health, staying alert for risk and resolving issues as they arise. Frequent independent judgments are essential. Provide support to the Division Operations Manager. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. - Maintain frequent coordination and communication with the director of Operations - Assist in processing Maintenance/Operations and project related invoices - Complete Tracker follow-up as needed - Organize and participate in department and related project meetings - Create, maintain and distribute related reports and updates to the appropriate areas and systems where the information should be maintained and communicated. - Receive, prepare, and track documents - Create schedule and project timeline, track deliverables, support and direct team - Manage bud...
