PR & Influencer Manager

Job description

The PR & Influencer Manager is responsible for executing the PR and influencer strategy, driving impactful influencer campaigns and brand events, and nurturing talent and media relationships that translate into meaningful coverage. The role is focused on growing brand awareness and cultural relevance within the beauty space across the UK & Ireland, while ensuring that marketing activity supports retail performance and sales. Working closely with global teams, the role ensures PR and influencer launch plans are executed with excellence and adapted to be locally relevant, supporting both brand-building and commercial objectives. (Please note this role is a 12 month Mat Cover) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Executes PR and Influencer strategy in UK & Ireland to support the brand’s launch plans as well as key local initiatives, ensuring these are shared with Global and Retail teams for visibility. Works in close collaboration with the Global PR, Social Media and Product Management teams to ensure consistency and strong synergy between global plans and local adaptation.
