Join us as a Staff Backend Engineer - This is an opportunity for a technically minded Software Engineer to join our Ventures business, where digital, innovation and strategy comes together - Work alongside technology leadership to drive the setting and adoption of engineering standards and promote innovation - Work with customer-focused agile squads and collaborate with product managers, architects and engineers to define the next iteration of NatWest Boxed What you'll do: You’ll o wn the technical design and architecture for the most complex, mission-critical projects as well as be hands-on by owning the end-to-end implementation and delivery of the most complex, technical modules.
