Manager, Educator Enablement

Dreamscape Learn is seeking a Manager of Educator Enablement to lead the development of high-quality, scalable training materials that support instructors in successfully implementing our curriculum across K–12 and higher education settings. This role is responsible for creating clear, engaging, and instructionally sound training resources—including videos, overviews, and implementation guides—that enable educators to adopt and use our products with minimal direct support. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in instructional design, a sharp eye for content quality, and the ability to translate complex systems into intuitive, educator-friendly materials. Key Responsibilities: Educator Training & Content Development: - Design and produce high-quality training materials, including: - Short-form instructional videos - One-pagers and quick-start guides - Implementation and onboarding resources - Ensure all materials are clear, engaging, and usable without live facilitation - Establish templates and standards for scalable, consistent training content - Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and reduce support burden - Iterate on materials based on educator feedback an...
