Maintenance Manager (Lynchburg, VA) Overview: The Maintenance Manager is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring optimal performance and reliability of material handling equipment, powered industrial trucks, robotics, and automated systems at our Lynchburg fulfillment center. This position combines strong technical expertise with team leadership to drive a reliability-based maintenance strategy. The ideal candidate will lead a skilled maintenance team, manage vendor relationships, and implement best practices to achieve operational excellence while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) for equipment uptime, maintenance cost control, and safety compliance.
