Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. - Experience with device management concepts, such as Application Programming Interface (API) and marketplace integrations for collaboration suites, migration or change management, or no-code and workflow automation services. - Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders. - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Preferred qualifications: Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally at C-level within prospect companies. - Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience with on-premise and cloud-based productivity and collaboration solutions (e.g., chat, mail, video conferencing). - Experience supporting or promoting to state, local agencies and higher education institutions. - Experience in device and user management concepts such as MDM, Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, SSO, provisioning, security and compliance and third-party tools. - Kn...
