Position Summary: Entrega is seeking a structured and detail-oriented Resource Operations Coordinator to support Hiring Readiness & Recruitment Operations within our Service Performance Management (SPM) function. This role will serve as the operational bridge between business leaders and Talent Acquisition, ensuring that hiring requests are clearly defined, documented, and aligned before recruiting begins. The coordinator will also maintain visibility into the company-wide hiring roadmap and generate recruiting performance reports to support leadership oversight. This is not a sourcing or recruiting execution role. It is a hiring governance, documentation, and process discipline role designed to improve recruitment efficiency and workforce visibility.
