Job description

As the Assistant Store Manager, you provide leadership and direction to the store team by communicating sales objectives and motivating sales associates under the direction of the Store Manager . You will assist the Store Manager with the continuous development and training of sales associates and ensure compliance to all core policies and procedures. You assist in maximizing store profitability by achieving store sales goals , and ensure that store standards and processes for merchandising and operations are well executed. You create an inclusive environment and set the example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards. As needed, you will assume responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
