ROLE PURPOSE: In this position you provide various support to clients within a residential setting to meet the clients emotional, personal and physical needs. We designed this position to foster learning of its incumbent and will provide hands-on learning opportunities. Our Individualized Community Living Residential programs are designed to offer a person-centered and structured living environment for adults. These individualized residential programs focus on monitoring residents for safe community living. The residents can acquire the skills needed to become responsible, independent, and contributing members of society, all within the program policies, procedures and individuals care plan. STATUS: - This is an exempt position. - This is a temporary Summer 2026 position for 8 weeks for 35 hours per week, starting immediately. - This position is open to applicants of all genders.
