Job description

We are looking for a Director of Solutions to lead and scale our Solutions team (currently 5 members) and play a pivotal role in shaping how VTS brings its full product vision to market. This leader will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership, translating product innovation into compelling, outcome-oriented narratives that resonate with prospective customers. You will own how we visualize, communicate, and demonstrate the value of our platform—ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) story is clear, differentiated, and continuously evolving. Critically, this role will also lead the evolution of VTS’s end-to-end platform narrative , bringing together our Lease and Activate products into a cohesive, compelling story.
