Assistant Deli Manager Department: Deli: Supervisor: Deli Manager: Hours: Full Time/Part Time: Position Summary: Serving our guests in a cheerful and helpful manner, displaying and restocking product and assisting with preparation of deli items. A great personality, good organizational skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently are requirements for this position. Job Duties: Experience: Previous deli or restaurant experience and leadership skills required. Minimum Age: 18 Years or older Equipment use: Cash register, fryer, slicer, wrapper, presser, two- wheeler, box cutter, etc. Physical Abilities: Regularly required to walk, sit, stand, twist, and bend; repetitive use of hands and arms to push, pull, carry, lift, reach, grip, and balance; occasionally stoop, crouch, kneel, or crawl. Use of step stool and ladder. Lifting 60+ pounds and may include floor to shoulder and overhead. Communication: Ability to write, speak, hear and/or understand the spoken word in order to respond promptly to team members and guests’ needs.
