Job Summary: AC Installer is responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in new construction residential homes following manufacturer specifications, industry codes and standards, and company requirements. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Installation of ductwork in residential new construction homes. Installation of HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes. Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks. Always maintain safety standards. Prepare operational reports. Update job-related knowledge or skills. Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details. Must be willing to operate a company vehicle. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
