Description In today's rapidly evolving cyber landscape, our insureds face increasingly complex threats from ransomware and business email compromise to large‑scale data breaches. As a Cyber Claim Officer , you will manage high‑exposure, often time‑sensitive matters, working closely with breach coaches, forensic investigators, underwriters, actuaries and cybersecurity experts. You will play a critical role in helping organizations respond to emergent cyber incidents and privacy, media and technology errors & omissions litigation, ensuring a confident and coordinated response, and shaping best practices in our cyber claims strategy. This is a high‑impact opportunity for someone who thrives on novel issues, technical complexity, fast‑moving incidents, and collaborative problem‑solving.
