How you will contribute: As a Project Engineer you will co-create the growth and productivity investment agenda in Mondelez Biscuits factory in Tomaszow Mazowiecki. Your role will focus on projects implementation. Key responsibilities and scope: Being a leader of the Project Management Office, responsible for the key projects in plant investment road map Performing the overall day-to-day management of multiple project / tasks to ensure that project objectives are achieved within time/cost/quality constraints Managing the large scale projects (budget $1 MM - $10 MM) from end-to-end in engineering stream of the project in areas of responsibility Leading the other Project Engineers in daily basis, who are a part of the Technical Project stream Interacting daily with the internal clients to interpret their needs and requirements during all project phases Performing the overall control of the work (budget control, time schedule control, resources control, commissioning and verification control) and report regularly on project status Managing the...
