Mission Overview: This is a consultancy mission for a Scrum Master at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Act as the key reference in projects following agile frameworks, especially Scrum methodology. - Ensure the global understanding of the methodology by the Project Team and help the team maximize project results. - Protect the team from internal and external distractions. - Coach the Project Team, business lines, and stakeholders on Agile Methodology, clarifying helpful and unhelpful interactions. - Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings. - Schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology. - Guarantee smooth use of Scrum methodology and help the Project Team face obstacles. - Provide assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog. - Assist and support the squad in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc. - Track squad capacity and velocity metrics for plann...
