Company Culture: Click here to learn more about our employee resorts R+L Carriers - Women in Trucking Requirements / Qualifications: - Ability to work out of the China Grove facility until the Rock Hill location opens in 4-6 weeks Driver and Freight Handler Management: Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling Ensure Safety Compliance: Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed Timely dispatching of LTL Loads: Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager Candidates must have proven basic leadership experience.
