Benefits: - Bonus based on performance - Competitive salary - Paid time off - Training & development About the Role: We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, schedule jobs, and follow up with customers for our home repair and remodeling business. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that combines service, coordination, and light sales follow-up . You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in keeping jobs moving. What You’ll Do: - Answer inbound calls from customers requesting home repair services - Schedule on-site estimates and service appointments - Make outbound follow-up calls on quotes and open jobs - Communicate with customers and technicians to keep schedules on track - Enter and manage job details in our system - Greet customers in-office when needed What We’re Looking For: - Strong communication skills (phone + in-person) - Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls - Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once - Basic computer skills (CRM/scheduling software experience is a plus) - Reliable, consistent, and customer-focused - No experience necessary - we will train you and you will have your own c...
