Job Summary: Responsible for the day to day investigations of Food and Beverage, Retail, and Gaming Operations assigned by the Surveillance Director, Manager, or Shift Supervisors. Report all findings to Management, Compliance and Internal Audit Duties/Responsibilities: - None - Monitors all areas of the property at all times, identifying potential security and /or safety risks and reporting them to the appropriate individual or entity for proper resolution - Ensure quality observations and investigations in the Surveillance Department on assigned shift - Maintains a working knowledge of all rules and regulations of the Virginia Lottery Board, and ensures strict adherence to same throughout the property - Protects casino assets and gaming integrity through the consistent, thorough monitoring of all activities on property, particularly on the gaming floor - Assists with directing the flow of surveillance reports to the proper individuals per surveillance management, always maintaining the highest level of confidentiality - Ability to work as a team in an effort to develop fellow surveillance team member and the Surveillance Department - Create daily acidity reports and prepares nece...
