We are currently seeking a highly skilled Field Application Engineer (FAE) with a strong background in mechanical and electronic engineering to join our North America team. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary technical interface between Foxconn and our customers, providing application support and technical solutions. - Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to identify and resolve customer technical issues. - Deliver product presentations, technical training, and on-site troubleshooting. - Support customers with mechanical/electronic system design, testing, and integration. - Assist in new product introduction (NPI), including design validation and customer qualification. - Gather and relay customer feedback to internal R&D for continuous product improvement. - Manage pre- and post-sales support activities and maintain excellent client relationships.
