Job description

Job Description: Responsible for planning, developing and coordinating Construction Project Management (“CPM”) schedules for capital projects in transportation sector for all project phases, from planning and design, to construction through project close-out. Prepare Basis of Schedule in accordance with client requirements; review construction design drawings and specifications; conduct field visits to project/client sites to assemble data required to plan and develop CPM construction schedule in appropriate WBS format; prepare CPM scheduling activities and develop logic relationships and activity durations; perform bottom-up resource and cost loading; prepare CPM schedule reports with project duration, using perimetric and unit rate production rates, critical path, total float, milestones, constraints, and related parameters; perform continuous schedule updates and provide assistance to project controls staff for determining earned value management; review and analyze contractor baseline and monthly progress schedule updates and contractor change order requests to determine impact on construction schedule; report contractors progress using Earned Value metrics; prepare and analyze...
