Night Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team. Working as a team is a critical part of this position's success. Primary Responsibilities: - Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/other provided technology - Perform all duties related to shipping and picking picking-to-pallet of products - Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards - Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team-oriented behavior with co-workers, supervisors, managers consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times - Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned Key Competencies: - Safety minded - Active listening - Accountability & integrity - Team player & strong work ethic - Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Effective organizational and time management skills - Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals People Management: None: Work Environment: This job operates mostl...
