POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist is responsible for the hands-on design, administration, and continuous improvement of learning programs that support employee capability development. This role administers the 360Learning platform, supports learning communities, develops onboarding program templates, and contributes to job competency and career development resources. The Senior L&D Specialist partners closely with managers, HR partners, and subject matter experts to translate development needs into practical, scalable learning solutions aligned with performance expectations and career growth .
