Job DetailsJob Location: ReadyOne Industries 1414 Ability Dr - El Paso, TX 79936Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 HourlyPOSITION SUMMARY: Assist the M&D Coordinator to produce new samples, PDM’s and first article samples. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to read and comprehend the customers’ construction specifications, patterns, edge margins, and seam allowances needed. Produce all required samples, PDM’s, and first articles. Analyze patterns and specifications in order to produce samples. Perform daily preventive maintenance of equipment as assigned. Must learn the functions of all in-house sewing machines well enough to be able to sew the samples. Perform operator daily machine maintenance for all assigned sewing machines. Translate instructions both written and verbally on how the samples are to be constructed. Participate in production meetings. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
