Description As a Senior Sales Development Manager at Stampli, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for driving pipeline growth and creating new business opportunities. You’ll refine outbound strategies, coach reps through the sales process, and partner closely with Marketing and Account Executives to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives on mentoring talent, building scalable processes, and driving measurable impact in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
