The Deal Advisory department in Grant Thornton is a market leader and has extensive experience in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory services, valuations and raising capital and business planning. The role will comprise of the following activities: - Manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across various sectors, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Analyse financial and operational data to identify key business drivers, risks, and deal issues. - Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational due diligence. - Develop and maintain cli...
