This role involves selecting appropriate sequences of operations, executing optimal setups, and ensuring all parts meet blueprint dimensions and tolerances. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Machine Operations: Set up and operate a Horizontal Boring mill or lathe machines to produce precision parts and components (Fanuc-controlled CNC HBM). - Maintenance: Perform daily start-up, clean-up, and routine preventative maintenance on equipment. - Measurement Tools: Regularly use manual tools, including dial calipers, dial indicators, and OD/ID micrometers, to verify dimensions. - Material Handling: Identify and label materials for fabrication or further machining. - Blueprint reading: Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. - P...
