(Sr.) Legal Counsel (EMEA Region)

Job description

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive (Sr.) Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of the businesses in the EMEA region, with particular focus on Türkiye, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, North Africa, ME , etc. You will safeguard our business interests by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to the management about all relevant issues. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a variety of complex commercial contracts which may include auto finance agreements, fleet sale agreements, distributor or dealer agreements, supply contracts, after-sales service agreements, procurement agreements and other operational agreements etc. Provide legal advice to business teams to ensure that legal issues are identified and resolved and that legal risk is managed appropriately. Handle legal disputes, including coordination of litigation/arbitration procedures and collaboration with external lawyers. Provide support on legal compliance matters.
