Referral Coordinator with a Medical Assistant license is required for triaging patient referrals for Clinic, Open Access Procedures and Inpatient. A great opportunity for an MA wanting to expand their career and learn more about clinic workflow and patient triage. Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Bilinugal a plus! 2 years of clinic experience required! Eligible for Employee Referral Bonuses…refer a friend and earn $$$ QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Experience: - The MA Referral Coordinator will review incoming referrals and ensure the patient is scheduled with the appropriate provider and/or procedure. - Completes and verifies patient registration, insurance status and medical history for appropriate scheduling. - Oversees the patient registration process and ensures workflow and team interactions follow guidelines - Responsible for ensuring the front office operates smoothly by handling administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and maintaining a functional workspace. - Manage office supplies, schedule meetings, and assist with various administrative duties. - Train new team members on front office guidelines - Serves as a customer service professional and remains positive when dealing w...
