Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: POSITION PURPOSE The Mission Integration Consultant supports the successful integration, assessment, and on-going development of Mission, Vision, Core Values, and Catholic identity in all ministry activities under the direction of the Mission Leader and in alignment with System-level Mission Integration strategies, including formation for colleagues, ethics, workplace spirituality, and internal and outreach projects/programs. In addition, the Mission Integration Consultant provides spiritual and social support to colleagues, patients/participants, families and visitors as appropriate. The Mission Integration Consultant has a reporting relationship to the Mission Leader, as designated by the Mission Strategy Partner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Core Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.
