Classification Title: Adult Psychologist - CLIN AST/ASO PROF - Psychiatry Classification Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a PhD and licensed or license eligible as a psychologist in Florida Job Description: The Department of Psychiatry at the University of Florida College of Medicine - Jacksonville invites applications for an adult licensed psychologist. This position is a full-time faculty member at the non-tenure accruing level of Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor or full professor. The position entails outpatient provision of evidence-based assessment and treatment of adults (cognitive behavior therapy, family therapy, trauma-informed, interpersonal therapy etc.) and/or psychological testing. Successful candidates must be committed to working with diverse adult community populations. Preferred experience with providing psychotherapy for individuals, couples and groups, in addition to experience in grant writing and teaching. Expertise at the doctoral level would be extremely beneficial both for our patients and for our training programs.
