POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Occupational and Employee Health (OEH) Department supports the delivery of high-quality employee health services that promote the safety, wellness, and job readiness of all BMC Health System staff and OEH clients. Working under the supervision of the Senior Director and OEH providers, the RN provides clinical and administrative support for occupational injury assessment, return-to-work coordination, workers’ compensation case management, medical surveillance programs, immunization services, and exposure management. The RN contributes to maintaining efficient workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance including OSHA reporting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and fostering a professional, service-oriented environment.
