Job Description: As a receptionist you will be reliable, flexible, honest, and a strong ambassador for both Portico and our Client. You will have the chance to use your previous experience in a 5-star service environment to positively engage with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring they receive a seamless service experience. You will be cross-trained and rotate between 6 reception desks and support with floor checks, Switchboard, meeting and greeting visitors/clients, dealing with room bookings, and hospitality requests, and supporting with events.
