Description: - Conduct market research and analysis – needs, trends, competition, opportunities - Analyze Digital Service performance metrics (e.g., adoption rates, utilization data from transplant centers) and generate reports to inform product roadmaps and ROI - Lead funnel management metrics (Lead-MQL conversion, MQL-SQL conversion, SQL-oppty conversion, etc) - Analyze Recovery Service performance metrics - Customer Relationship Management – KOL development, VOC for feedback and future product development, address customer inquiries, concerns, complaints - Management of our Transplant Center Advisory Council (TCAC) of FlowHawk Customers (meet 3x per year) - Co-management with our TPM on monthly product end-user meetings - Engagement with our Recovery Surgeons – LinkedIn posts, testimonials - Develop and execute commercial strategies for Digital Service products - Help management monthly marketing activities to targeted accounts or market segments included but not limited to webinars, email campaigns, social campaigns, etc. - Become a subject matter expert for all aspects of the Digital Service and Recovery Service business in North America - Partner with the Global Marketing Tea...
