Job Title: Automation & Innovation Development Manager Contract Type: Permanent: Location: Alderley Park, Edinburgh (Waverley Gate) Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based Closing date: 5th May 2026: We’re looking for an Automation & Innovation Development Manager to help drive digital transformation across our Group Customer Operations function, as part of our Automation Centre of Excellence. This role leads the delivery of intelligent automation, AI and Power Platform solutions that improve efficiency, quality and customer outcomes. You’ll lead a team of developers and work closely with Operations, Transformation and IT to deliver both quick‑win automations and large‑scale transformation initiatives. Using technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, AI and Copilot, you’ll turn operational challenges into secure, scalable solutions that make a real difference for colleagues and customers.
