Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Baltimore office. This position will provide organizational and practice-specific assistance to attorneys in a specialized litigation team, preparing cases from onset through post-trial, including related research and analysis. Qualified candidates demonstrate professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and work in an organized, efficient manner. Travel may be required on occasion. RESPONSIBILITIES : REQUIREMENTS : - Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation cases from onset through post-trial - Oversee organization, maintenance, and appropriate utilization of electronic and hard-copy documents and other case-related materials, including maintenance of electronic case folders and tracking spreadsheets across various platforms - Assist attorneys and other paralegals in large-scale projects outside of typical litigation scope - Participate in document reviews and document productions; works with attorneys and other paralegals in navigating electronic databases as part of case fact development - Perform analytical tasks; reviews and summarizes doc...
