Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 11 years of experience with sales in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, or business development agencies. - Experience in people management. - Experience building a book of business within Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region and market. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in building relationships with internal and external executive-level stakeholders, particularly in an advertising or marketing context. - Experience managing business teams. - Experience in digital media. - Ability to communicate in English and any one CEE language (Czech, Ukrainian, Romanian, Lithuanian or Greek) fluently to support client relationship management in this region. - Ability to own business team operations, including portfolio management, team building, key performance indicators (KPI) measurement and execution.
