Position Overview Power Your Future with Qualus in our PMO group as a Contracts Coordinator. The Contracts Coordinator supports the execution of project specific contracts for power generation projects. This role ensures that utility's engineering and construction consultants are effectively sourced, contracted, managed, and evaluated throughout the project lifecycle. The contractor will work closely with Design Managers, project teams, and prequalified engineering firms to drive consistency, compliance, and performance in all engineering contract activities. Responsibilities: Consultant Forecasting & Strategy: - Partner with Design Managers to forecast engineering consultant needs for upcoming projects. - Recommend assignment strategies or competitive bid approaches using a pool of prequalified Engineering Consultants. - Support planning efforts to ensure adequate consultant capacity and alignment with project schedules.
