Position Summary: The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, creating comprehensive system design specifications for new systems or enhancements. The role conducts system audits, utilizes advanced analytics to identify opportunities for enhancing scalability and efficiency within the IT infrastructure. They evaluate emerging technologies, providing recommendations for adoption to elevate the organization's technological capabilities, and lead the development of disaster recovery plans and backup strategies for critical systems and data.
